We have a machine for every job - from high productivity multi-spindle machines that simultaneously perform a series of operations to those that enable us to implement sets of tools for turning and milling in a single setup. With the mix of our screw machining technologies, we create complex geometries and adhere to tight tolerance specifications. Also, we can run these machines continuously for high-velocity output by using automated bar-feeding and part handling.
We screw machine precision parts measuring from .020" to 1.062" in diameter and up to 10" in length with tolerances as close as +-.0005. Along with carbon and allow steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper, we screw machine parts from plastics like nylon, PEEK, and other rigid polymers. For a wholly finished piece, we offer services for grinding, heat-treating, plating, and in-house assembly. We process orders for as few as 2500 parts, and our screw machining services are exceptionally economical for mass production.
